General Policy
Because of the nature of the products sold by Vapes2Day and limitations associated with certain payment methods, all sales are final except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in this policy.
Vapes2Day does not guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has been submitted.
Customers should carefully review their products, delivery address, and order information before placing an order.
Order Cancellations
Customers should contact Vapes2Day as soon as possible if they wish to request cancellation.
A cancellation request is not guaranteed.
Once an order has entered fulfillment, been assigned for delivery, or otherwise incurred fulfillment costs, Vapes2Day may be unable to cancel it.
Nothing in this policy limits any right that cannot legally be waived.
Failed Tobacco or Nicotine Delivery
The customer is responsible for ensuring that an eligible person 21 years of age or older is available to receive a tobacco or nicotine delivery and complete all required identification, age-verification, and signature procedures.
If delivery cannot be completed because:
an eligible recipient is unavailable;
acceptable identification cannot be presented or verified;
age or identity verification cannot be completed; or
the required signature cannot be obtained,
the tobacco or nicotine products will not be released.
Discount Coupon Following Failed Delivery
Vapes2Day does not issue a cash or payment-method refund for a failed tobacco or nicotine delivery resulting from failure to satisfy the required recipient, identification, age-verification, or signature requirements.
Instead, Vapes2Day will issue a discount coupon code equal to the merchandise subtotal of the undelivered products.
The coupon amount does not include the original delivery fee, age-verification fee, or sales tax.
The original transaction remains recorded for accounting and tax-reporting purposes.
The coupon:
has no cash value;
cannot be redeemed for cash;
may be applied toward a future eligible Vapes2Day purchase; and
does not eliminate any age-verification, identification, delivery, signature, or other requirements applicable to a future order.
Applicable taxes on the future transaction will be calculated based upon the discounted transaction and applicable law.
Georgia excludes seller-funded discounts and coupons that are not reimbursed by a third party from the taxable sales price when allowed by the seller and taken by the purchaser. Department of Revenue
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products
If you believe you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, contact Vapes2Day promptly with your order information and a description of the problem.
Vapes2Day will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law and the nature of the product.
Do not dispose of a product that is the subject of a claim until Vapes2Day has had a reasonable opportunity to review the issue.
No Cash Value
Store-credit or discount coupon codes issued by Vapes2Day are not cash, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are subject to the terms under which they were issued except where applicable law requires otherwise.
