Local Delivery
Vapes2Day provides local delivery of eligible tobacco and nicotine products within designated service areas.
Availability is determined during checkout and may depend upon the delivery address, driving distance, inventory availability, fulfillment location, and other operational considerations.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees are displayed during checkout and may vary based upon delivery distance and other applicable factors.
Delivery charges associated with taxable tangible personal property generally form part of the taxable sales price under Georgia sales-tax rules. Department of Revenue
Age-Verification Fee
An age-verification fee may apply to orders requiring age or identity verification.
The applicable fee will be disclosed during checkout.
Recipient Requirements
An eligible recipient 21 years of age or older must be physically present to accept delivery of tobacco or nicotine products.
The recipient must:
present acceptable government-issued photographic identification;
successfully complete Vapes2Day’s required age and identity verification; and
provide the required delivery signature.
No Unattended Delivery
Tobacco and nicotine products will never be intentionally left unattended.
A request to “leave at door,” “leave on porch,” “leave in mailbox,” or provide another form of unattended delivery will not override Vapes2Day’s verification requirements.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and any reasonably necessary delivery instructions.
The delivery address should be a location where an eligible recipient can personally meet the driver and complete verification.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates.
Traffic, weather, road conditions, order volume, driver availability, inventory issues, verification delays, and other circumstances may affect delivery time.
Failed Delivery
A tobacco or nicotine delivery will not be completed if an eligible recipient is unavailable or the required identification, age verification, or signature cannot be completed.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that an eligible recipient is available.
When delivery fails for these reasons, the Refund, Cancellation & Store Credit Policy applies.
Right to Refuse Delivery
Vapes2Day and its delivery personnel may refuse to release an order when required verification cannot be completed or when completing the delivery would violate applicable law or Vapes2Day’s age-verification requirements.
