Vapes2Day is committed to preventing the sale and delivery of tobacco and nicotine products to persons under 21 years of age.
21+ Only
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or receive tobacco or nicotine products from Vapes2Day.
There are no exceptions based upon parental permission or military status.
Federal law prohibits tobacco-product sales to anyone under 21. U.S. Food and Drug Administration
Online Verification
Customers purchasing tobacco or nicotine products may be required to complete an electronic age and identity verification process during the ordering process.
Vapes2Day uses age-verification procedures and may use third-party verification providers to determine whether a customer satisfies applicable age requirements.
Customers must provide truthful and accurate information.
Submitting false information or attempting to circumvent Vapes2Day’s age-verification system may result in cancellation of an order or restriction of the customer’s account.
Verification at Delivery
Online age verification does not replace verification at delivery.
An eligible person 21 years of age or older must be physically present to receive a local delivery containing tobacco or nicotine products.
The recipient must present acceptable government-issued photographic identification and successfully complete the required delivery verification.
Vapes2Day may require identification from recipients regardless of apparent age.
Signature
A recipient signature is required before tobacco or nicotine products are released.
The signature forms part of Vapes2Day’s delivery-verification and proof-of-delivery records.
No Unattended Delivery
Tobacco and nicotine products will not be left unattended at a residence, business, door, porch, mailbox, vehicle, or other location.
The products will only be released after the required verification process has been successfully completed.
Failed Verification
Vapes2Day will not release tobacco or nicotine products when:
the recipient is under 21; an eligible recipient is unavailable; acceptable identification cannot be produced or verified; required age or identity verification cannot be completed; or the required signature cannot be obtained.
The Refund, Cancellation & Store Credit Policy applies when delivery cannot be completed because these requirements are not satisfied.
Verification Records and Privacy
Information used for age and identity verification may be processed by Vapes2Day and/or third-party verification providers.
Information may be retained when reasonably necessary or legally required for verification, transaction records, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, or other legitimate business purposes.
