Age Restriction

Successful online age verification does not eliminate the identification, age-verification, or signature requirements at delivery.

Identification and Age Verification at Delivery
An eligible recipient 21 years of age or older must be physically present to accept a local delivery containing tobacco or nicotine products.
The recipient must present acceptable government-issued photographic identification and successfully complete Vapes2Day’s required delivery age-verification process.
Vapes2Day may require age verification even when the recipient appears to be 30 years of age or older.
Successful verification during checkout does not guarantee that a delivery will be released. The person actually accepting the delivery must satisfy Vapes2Day’s delivery-verification requirements.
Signature Required
A recipient signature is required before a local delivery containing tobacco or nicotine products will be released.
The signature is used as part of Vapes2Day’s delivery-verification and proof-of-delivery procedures.
Tobacco and nicotine products will not be released unless all required age, identification, and signature requirements have been successfully completed.
No Unattended Delivery
Vapes2Day will not leave tobacco or nicotine products unattended.
Age-restricted products will not be left at a door, porch, mailbox, vehicle, reception area, or other unattended location.
An eligible recipient must personally accept the delivery and complete all required verification procedures.
Failed Tobacco or Nicotine Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that an eligible recipient 21 years of age or older is available at the delivery address to accept the order and complete all required identification, age-verification, and signature procedures.
A delivery may be considered unsuccessful if, among other circumstances:
- no eligible recipient 21 years of age or older is available;
- acceptable identification cannot be presented or verified;
- age or identity verification cannot be successfully completed; or
- the required recipient signature cannot be obtained.
If these requirements cannot be satisfied, the tobacco or nicotine products will not be released.
Store Credit for Failed Delivery
Vapes2Day does not issue a cash or payment-method refund for a failed tobacco or nicotine delivery resulting from the recipient’s inability to satisfy the required age, identification, or signature requirements.
Instead, Vapes2Day will provide the customer with a Vapes2Day discount coupon code equal to the merchandise subtotal of the undelivered products.
The coupon amount does not include the original:
Delivery fee, age-verification fee, or sales tax.
Those amounts are not added to the coupon value. The original transaction remains recorded for accounting and tax-reporting purposes.
The coupon:
- has no cash value;
- cannot be redeemed for cash;
- may be used only toward an eligible future Vapes2Day purchase; and
- does not waive any age-verification, identification, delivery, signature, or other requirements applicable to the future purchase.
Applicable taxes on the future transaction will be calculated at checkout based upon the discounted sales price and applicable law.
Georgia generally excludes seller-funded coupons or discounts from the taxable sales price when the discount is allowed by the seller and taken by the purchaser. Department of Revenue
